So I guess that's an rfactor mod? I would love to run an early weekend race, like an am start or something on sundays. Weekday evenings are premium times around these parts but weekends would be cool. Even if we ran some one off events. I know there are a million historix mod cars available and most are tons of fun to drive. I have a way for everyone to have historix mod so that is always a possibility.

Yup. rFactor.
I'm kinda burnt out on HistoriX. Sunday nights at efnet with that mod are breaking my balls. These TCM cars are a blast to drive.

OK, the 2O4F thread kinda took off in a different tangent when someone saw my new server test Moving all Touring Masters posts here.

7z is like zip. Open with a decent app like WinRAR, dump files into a preferrably clean rFactor folder.

These cars are a blast to drive. Can't wait for an actual race setting.

The headlights look like they may be pretty wicked. Bathurst into the Night??? More to come.

Yeah, this mod is a keeper. There's something for everyone here in terms of car characteristics, I think.

My first time out with the mod and track . Love them both. Looking forward to actually running them in a race. I would definitely vote for this one for the alternating series.

Why is it Forza-ish? Because it is based on a real car? Often they built the street car only to satisfy the series rules (homologation). I'd take these over a NASCAR type race car any day. To each their own I guess.

dont get me wrong, i'm not picking a fight here. all i'm saying is i can turn on forza and drive these kind of cars and/or series all day long. me personally i'm into race cars, like the daytona photo-types, DRM,V8SC, Stockcars,leman,F1 ect. and like i sadi i'll race Bathurst, not not interested in spending weeks/months in these cars

Understandable. You're just looking for the harder edge cars. That's kinda along the lines why I'm not running Street Stocks...just not feeling it. Nothing against those running/organizing it. With the huge number of mods available, everyone is bound to gravitate towards some over others. I'm a bit of a Group A junkie, so I'm loving the proper race build on these cars vs. the Forza street car mods. Chatting w/ F1 a bit while we were running...we may be leaning more towards a monthly race at historic venues (Bathurst, Spa, Brands Hatch, etc). But we'll see how things work out. Test run at Bathurst at night was wicked!
