I got a pleasant email this morning. Formula Truck by Reiza Studios was finally released today. Got it downloaded and ran a few laps around Curtiba. Love the graphics (enhanced rFactor) and the sounds are great as well. Going to take some time to learn to drive as they don't like to turn very well! You can order it off of their website. www.gameformulatruck.com/en/I haven't spent enough time on it yet to get a good feel of it, but it is very polished, just like Game Stock Car was. If you like big trucks and want to race them, this would be the one. |

Apparently this isn't the final build. It was supposed to be released a couple months ago, but they are still working on it. They have released it to those who pre-ordered it as an open beta.
I just ran a 5 lap offline race at Interlagos.

It looks good on the triples for sure. Just like Game Stock Car, it's basically rFactor on Steroids. They have enhanced the graphics. You can only run it in DX9 and you can go up to Antialiasing of 8. I got it. The second set of mirrors for downloading are much faster. Game looks pretty good. The trucks drive nice but as expected they don't turn well and they take a lot to slow them down.

OK, Downloading it now.
Wife let me order my B-Day presents early, and snag a couple games.
So Obutto is ordered, Downloading FTruck. And thinking about getting rF2.
