Second time in a road race I had the placing fall into my lap. I just tried to stay out of trouble and the lap count worked out in my favour... Jeff had a pretty good head of steam... I likely could only hold him off for 1-2 laps before he found a way by.

I'll take a top 5 against all you SPAZCAR regulars.  Had some good battles early on with Wolf & Ced. Then again later in the race with Ian, Tony, Sheldon & F1. I would add Stinky into the mix, but I think he was behind me maybe a whole lap before I cocked it up coming off the last corner.  I think I spent half the first lap running side by side with Wolf, it was nuts. |

Had a blast last night. After struggling to find a groove when I first jumped on, I turned a good lap and qualified 2nd. Great battles all race long. Was able to keep Jeff in my sights, but he definitely had more pace than I (what's new).  After a caution about 2/3's in, I hit Jeff (accidentally of course) going into T1. That got me moved to the back of the pack. Had fun trying to get through traffic. Had a couple great battles with Ced. With 5 to go, I found myself in 2nd. Dale picked up his pace, but I closed within 1.5 sec with 1 lap to go. As I rounded the final corner to start the last lap, I pushed it too hard and tagged the outside wall and that allowed Jeff by. Ended up 3rd. Great fun. Thanks for hosting Ian. |

Felt like everyone had a good time last night. There was some great battles all around, right from the start to the final corner /straight. Thanks to everyone for turning out. Sorry to Jeff for spinning him out as well. Congrats to Dale on the win. Will get the points updated tonight. Just want to say thanks those that participated and those regulars that couldn't/didn't make, just wanted to say missed seeing you guys on the track too.

lol!!! it was a good time. thats for sure. but lets recap the Odyssey racing Ford Mustang. some good passes and just a couple mistakes......  |

Nice job on the video Tony. You took a helluva beating back in the pack with us but you kept your cool and kept coming back. Way to go! Had a blast.
