Some bad luck for some of you guys and I got gifted a win. I came in cold, had nothing for the faster qualifiers but sometimes I suppose caution wins out. Boza was a dot on the horizon then he crashed. I had a good fight with Dave for a while who was all over me in a few corners and I was quicker in others. I think the biggest difference was that I could use the curbs and he was terrified of them. Anyway, the hairpin claimed him. Jeff was reeling me in but appeared to have one or two minor incidents that slowed his progress. I had about a 20 second gap to him after we did our pits and he had a few boo-boos, then I eased off about 0.5 sec/lap to being it home. I heard talk about super soft vs soft tires. I didn't find that tire wear was significant when we're running 22 minutes per stint. I dunno about the other cars in the mod or if it comes down to driving style but I could've done the entire race with no pitting on a set of super-soft tires (I only pitted because it was required). Something to think about for the next event.

i had a great run. thanks to Helios for the tune. the car handle great. The tire temps were off just a bit for my driving. i was going to adjust them on pit road. and then i for got lol!!!! just pitting on pit road was a challenge in its self. and like always i had a spin in the race, didn't hit anything. but it sucked the life out of the car. what a blast! i really enjoy driving these DBR9's Thanks wolf for hosting. and congrats to the guys on top.

I origanlly had my car tuned using super softs...than when we were practising before the race I tried experimenting with the softs and never changed back for the race...wish I had of the softs were very unpredictable especially in the hairpin one little bump and grip was completely lost...still trying to figure out why it spun in the hairpin with no warning ? Beside my multiple spins the only issue I had with tire wear was the front left was wearing much quicker and heating up more than the rest but was controllable as long as I didn't push
