Click image for full sizeWe stay in the Northeast for the third event of the series, at a track most of you are familiar with. Lime Rock Park was on the Trans-Am schedule nearly from the beginning. The tight track will award the better handling cars and should provide for some close racing. DATE: 10/4 TIME: 7:15 PT / 10:15 ET TRACK: Lime Rock Park (no chicane) TRACK LINK: See Downloads thread including special install note QUALIFICATION: Practice times from the session just before the event will be used to set the grid RACE LENGTH: Race #1 - 20 minutes - Begins at 7:30 PT barring any technical issues Race #2 - 20 minutes - Begins after a 5 minute warmup/break and will have an inverted grid FLAGS: Black Flags Only. Blue Flags will show but no penalty will be issued. DRIVER AIDS: Auto Clutch; Low Traction Control (please only use if you must) PIT: Driver's choice FUEL: 2X TIRES: 2X DAMAGE%: 50 MECHANICAL FAILURE: Normal SETUPS: Open SERVER LIVE: 9/26

Is there an ETA of when the server will be up? I like to run a few laps with the weight added if possible? Thanks JIm FYI, gas is about 6 lb/US gal. IIRC, rFactor adds your weight penalty to the gas tank.

Thanks I will give it a go when I see it up. Funny thing I run my gas at max anyway on these cars so I never run out. I'm probably carrying about 60 extra Lbs. I am going to have to look at this from now on. Thank JIm

Yes thanks I ran about 20 laps. This could be the 1st time I have to think about tire wear. Not sure if it's the track, the weight, or (most likely) my driving. LOL I have time in the am on Friday if anyone wants to run a few laps? Thanks Jim

I may be up for that also, depends on time. I'm going to take the Camaro out on the track to test it, The Cuda runs great on this track, but I'm two seconds off the pace and pushing it as hard as I can. So need to check the Camaro and see if it's better suited to the track. May run a few tonight after the Mustang race.
