Just one week after hosting the Blancpain GBR Championship exhibition, Watkins Glen hosts the Trans-Am Revival series. Fernandes is trying to keep Troye close, but can he do it? Will Sherburn show up and makes things interesting? how about the quick but ever absent Cohen? Show up and find out!!

QUALIFICATION: Practice times from the session just before the event will be used to set the grid

RACE LENGTH:
Race #1 - 20 minutes - Begins at 10:30 PT barring any technical issues
Race #2 - 20 minutes - Begins after a 5 minute warmup/break and will have an inverted grid

FLAGS: Black Flags Only. Blue Flags will show but no penalty will be issued.

DRIVER AIDS: Auto Clutch; Low Traction Control (please only use if you must)

PIT: Driver's choice

FUEL: 2X

TIRES: 2X

DAMAGE%: 50

MECHANICAL FAILURE: Normal

I wish Chris and Marc would show up. I want another shot at the Mustang and the Javelin. Sadly tis the season in retail so I have not practiced near as much as I want to. I like the Glen but I know it can be tricky to be consistent there. As far as keeping me close you certainly did last race. That was a great battle between you and Jimmy. When he gets more comfortable with the heal toe look out. Jim

Nice lap David. I need to do some work, hopefully between my real work and family I can find some time. LOL My internet connection has been very spotty at best, Mediacom says they are having real trouble in our area. Service tech guy lives close and having same trouble hopefully they will get it figured out by Friday. Have great Thanksgiving guys and see you on Friday if the interweb is up at that time. Jim

Thanks Jim, but I think you'll top that. I left a little on the track and my virtual was in the 2:08's. I am in between two gearing sets. One is faster but the engine get's abused.

BTW, Jimmy, you may want to make the gears I told you last night one notch taller. I was already seeing smoke a few laps into hot lapping. The taller gear seems to help in the S1 esses but also hurts it elsewhere. Hence my conundrum lol.

Hmm....... Now I might have to - was considering Laguna Seca, Pacific Raceways and Sonoma (the last being my home track), but, if I get this essay done today you might see me at the Glen tomorrow .
