Date: Sunday, September 22, 2013 Time: 7:00am PST (70 minute Warmup/Practice starts at 7:00am PST, Qualifying starts at 8:10am PST and race starts at 8:20am PST) Car: Corvette (paid content) Track: Road America (paid content) Warm Up: 70 minutes Qualifying: 10 minutes, 4 laps Race: 40 minutes Tune: Open. Here are some tunes I downloaded from the iRacing forums C6R Road America.sto (1.37 KB) Dan-S3-RoadAmerica-C6r-Race.sto (1.37 KB) Road America race.sto (1.37 KB) Keep in mind that we will have to start on time, since there is no way I can change the race start time once we are in the sim. You can be late for warm up and qualifying and can come and go as you please. There will be unlimited Fast Repairs, so no one is left completely in the dust due to a mistake. Because you all are road purists, this will be a standing start. We will do chat via the iRacing 1 room in Dale's Teamspeak server.

Man, I was so looking forward to this race. Really wish I could be there. I will try to get in and watch. I was planning to watch the Star Mazda race yesterday, but I fell asleep. My sleep patterns have been all screwed up since I have to take so many medications all through the day and night. I just sleep now whenever I get tired.

I gaffed yesterday. Even though I read about your accident and even wished you well, I TOTALLY forgot about it when we were in iRacing yesterday. I pipe up "Hey so where's Jarhead, how come he's not here yet?" DOH! I was reminded of your plight. Sorry man! I've been sidelined from MC racing due to injury and there is NOTHING worse than having to sit on the sidelines. We'll get you back soon!

Troy, my thinking is that our next GT series, likely starting in January, should feature the Corvette. I have a feeling that we will be returning to Road America again after you get back on your feet. Hang in there man, you will make it through this.

As much as I would like to run, I need to spend the time prepping for Sunday's Enduracers race.
Have fun guys.

Sorry not got this track and interwebs not too good at the moment so don't with to risk wasting money on another track I'll only run once in a blue moon only to find I'm unable to race. Fingers crossed for the endurance.

Bump for this morning's race. Only two of us are in so far, we need at least three more to make a race. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
