If you do a fresh install, apparently this changes you unique ID. I'm keeping a list, but if yours changes, you need to let me know so I can update the skin pack.

I wonder if users can just edit the auto-generated # in their player.json to what we keep on a master list in that situation?

The skin pack has been released. Still missing a few folks as the have not sent me their unique ID's (Rob, Craig, Chris and Ced). I will update it once I get their info. The skin pack can be found in the Download section of the V8's. gbr.proboards.com/thread/304/downloads

got the skins do you install like the other mods? No, the go in the actual rF2 install. I put the file path folders in the rar so hopefully it will place them in the right area as long as you drop the first folder that appears in the rar file into the root directory of rFactor 2. To get your skin to work, you select your car, then click "Tuning" and on the lower right you should be able to click the arrow to select the skin with your unique ID for your particular car. You should only see your ID for your car if it's installed correctly.
