F1, Forza definitely had a great livery/paint editor. TBH, though, using GIMP (which was a free download) is the easiest way to grab racing decals. Just google search an image of what you want, edit out the backgrounds in GIMP and position them on the car. Most of these paints I was able to do in about 1/2 an hour.

I was able to download each of the four PSD files, but Trading Paints won't work with PSD files. Any way to convert the files to TGA?
Never mind, I figured it out. I opened each file in GIMP 2 and then exported each as a TGA file. Worked great.
