As much as I would like it...I highly doubt it. There only seems to be a few of us loony enough to run them...let alone enjoy them, as they are a bit more of a handful than the rF versions.

Yeah, if they don't change the physics of the new V8 Supercars to make them easier and more predictable to drive, I won't be interested in a series. I simply cannot drive the current version. |

I have to agree, every once in a while I get an itch to run it than within a min I quickly realize why it sits in the garage collecting dust....it's a shame cause I'd like to run it but it needs alot of work.

We'll see what the new car brings. It is a completely new suspension setup. I know Dale will be pioneering it...and I'll probably be foolish enough to follow suit...instead of just waiting for the updated Falcon.

Yeah, I'm starting to bond with the current car so it's kinda bad that it's on the way out  Will be there Week 1 in the new car though. I've all but dedicated Thu/Fri racing to the V8SC Americas sessions (7:15PM both days). |

Looking forward to the upcoming Holden, but why does it still sound like a 4 cylinder? They really should focus on trying to capture the sound better on these cars. These are beasts, not kittens! |

I think we need to withhold judgment. I am willing to bet that the V8 Supercar will have brutal sound from the cockpit view, particularly if you crank up the engine sound in the sound settings. I think they just did a lousy job of conveying the sound in the video. The Gen6 Sprint Cup car sounds absolutely brutal from the cockpit. There is no reason why they wouldn't make its road equivalent just as "beastly."
