GBR V8 Supercars Championship - Season 9 Announcement

Back by popular demand, GBR will move forward with Season 9. We will be using the outstanding 2015 V8SC mod for rF1 created by Rock Solid Mates!

It will once again be a bi-weekly series on our usual Wednesday nights. It will run opposite of the WES LMP2 series that is being hosted by JImmy (sorry, but the "i" shall forever be capitalized here Mr. Regan). This will be a shortened season from what we are used to that will take us through the summer months.

We will also continue to run the Pro and Sportsman classes. The difference this season is that Sportsman will not be able to to use any TCS or ABS as it's not needed for this mod. It will simply be a class difference as there will be 2 champions crowned at the end of the season.

Here is a look at the preliminary schedule and formats (subject to change).

The way we did our online skinpack doesn't cause mismatches, if someone doesn't have a skin then it shows the plain color car instead.

One of our mod team, Stenny, might be interested in running a few rounds if he is allowed to. He is an alien respectful driver and has won several championships within the Australian community in rF1 and runs in the midpack in top splits on iRacing V8's.
