I still can't get my wheel to feel right, it just went flat after the 1.50 update, and I lost my tune. Not that it changes anything, I'm still going to run, just needed to gripe. Did you delete your player profile and controls folder, than run verify system cache files in steam options If you haven't the old ffb parameters will clash with the new settings of 1.50v The update should make your ffb much better than the previous version |

I may just be off on my wheel settings as they have been different for each Sim. I'm not running the Steam version, but I did the same for both before the update. I'll work on it tonight. |

Well somethings going on here. I can't see the server in the server list, but I can join it by using the IP. Once I get in I can hear the pit sounds, but my name and car won't load. I was on the other night and it worked fine. Now it doesn't.

We have a Server Info thread. gbr.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=30&action=display&thread=5Sometimes that thread isn't up to date, you can always get the IP and port of an active server by mousing over the Join "button" in LiveRacers. It's on the fly out menu for the server on the left side. Server address will display at the bottom of the browser window n |

Can anyone else join the server? Neither of my installs will work online.
I can connect to other servers, so I don't think it's a problem on my end.

i used the ip address to get in but cant drive or anything? everything's greyed out..

Right. Same for me. Somethings not setup right with the sever.
Like I said before, the server isn't showing up in the server list. Can only join by IP and then the cars won't load. Hope someone see's our posts and can get it fixed.

I just checked and the server crashed. I went in and restarted it and we should be good to go now.

Thanks to everyone that came out tonight. Still a few glitches unfortunately (Tony Harper having game crashes, Ricardo disconnecting in both races, Jeff getting black screens, etc). I think most had a good time overall. Congrats to Jeff and Angelo on their victories.
I am working on getting the tracks for the upcoming season loaded. I should have everything up and posted by this weekend, if not sooner. Deadline for custom skins is November 25th (2 weeks from today). If you are going to use a custom skin for the upcoming season, make sure you get it over to Dan ASAP. We will release an official GBR custom skin pack shortly after that and EVERYONE will need to install it or you WILL GET A MISMATCH. We'll have the server up and running before then, but once the custom skins are released, the server will be updated as well.
Looking forward to a fun season.

Thanks guys for hosting and congrats to Jeff and Angelo on the race wins. I jumped on with only a few minutes till qualy and had to get GBR TS working, so had no setup and no practice before the start of Qualy. Still had fun and I will try to make the races this season. I'll see if I have time to make a skin. Oh I did have the advantage of this is one of my favorite tracks in the sim and know it well.  |
