I can't stay upright for 10 laps. LOL My guess the winners will be the ones who does not dump thier quad. At least half the time I don't make the jump, the other half I bite it rolling over. Should be fun!

Since this is more of a fun event the lap count can change. I am going to try and get some practice in this weekend and see how it goes.

It's not really my thing either Angelo but you should at least show up to get points. Jimmy how ever many laps you want to do. Someone is going to flop no matter what. If you know when you going to be on let me know and I can run laps with you. It would be nice to have a human to run against.

It would be nice to have a human to run against. Or over...

Yes well that too but I tried to run with some AI on the track and mostly they went in circles. I do enough of that myself.

I know I landed on a couple people in the trucks. Looking forward to doing it again!

It might be a good idea to announce when and where you are ( left, right or middle) after you botch the landing of the jump. There is no way the guy in the picture above is going to make it. He's going to be eating gravel after he hits that rock. LOL I know this all too well from experience.

A few tips for everybody for this race. 1. If you hit the jump too far to the left you will get a cut track warning. I wouldn't worry too much about that but just wanted everybody to have a heads up. 2. When hitting the jump make sure you put the accelerator pedal all the way down, this seems to help even out the quad. Hitting the brakes will make you nosedive bigtime. 3. No idea how to get turned over quickly so... 4. Here is a link to my setup. I was able to knock 9 seconds off my time with the changes I made here. I gave it to Joe and he said it really helped too. www.dropbox.com/s/u3ir1rg17ybo0j7/quad1.svm?dl=0Just drop that into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings\Lostvalley folder. I will also share it on race night just to make sure everybody has it. If you want to make a fun drinking game, drink everytime you flip over and are stuck. By the end of Lap 1 you should be good and drunk! Welcome to Thunderdome!

Thank you very cool of you. I will also share mine on race night as I don't have drop box. Mine is very similar but I have not dropped it in to compare. I will say that I moved the brakes to rear bias and us them sparingly. I use downshift to slow me down and that helped some. I will NOT be drinking on every flop because I have to work the next day. LOL Helios, I ran a couple offline races (no fun) but I did bounce my tire off the AI's head. I agree with hitting the jump flat out, also make sure you get a good run to clear the rocks. Ya and I looked all over online with no results on a recovery button. It's funny because I flipped two other cars to see if they take as long and they don't seem to.

Another tip for tonight is to make sure you turn off your Pit limiter! If you leave the pit limiter on you will get all the way to 5th gear before it tops out. You probably won't even realize it is on. I will make sure to tell everybody this before the races.

As much as I want to run this one, I may not make it.

Jimmy your setup is very good. I just ran a few laps and it is much more consistent than mine. I will post mine in the server as promised but I am seriously thinking of using yours for the race. Nice work. It turns better and lands more consistent than mine. If you guys have not tried it you should.
