V8 Supercars - Event 3 - Winton - 05/17/17

Hey I love this track, we should run it every week I had 2 good races with Angelo last night, I needed to be perfect to stay in front of him since he was on my ass both races. I really enjoyed it...too bad this track is dislike so much which is surprising since its a real V8 track.

Bah, don't worry about it. Gotta mix it up. I prefer this to some of the more open tracks where you can damn near pass at every corner. This is definitely a racer's track. Takes, strategy, planning, and maybe a side of luck to make a pass here...in other words it takes some racecraft! It's nice to run a defensible track periodically. I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of hot lapping here, but if you get running around others it can make a great racing track. It'll make you work for it and feel like you really earned your position.

My R2 made up for all my initial ill feelings towards the track.





I do still wish some of those hairpins weren't quite so tight though.
