Round 2 of the 2019 iRacing endurance series is around the corner. Post up if you are interested in taking part, and which cars (Porsche Cup or 5 GT3s) you are most interested in driving. Being a 12 hour race, I'm expecting team sizes being closer to 3 drivers per car. As such there is always a possibility of a second car. Also not if you are willing to manage a car, and I can set up an extra tab and show you how the race day spreadsheets work. I will be managing a Porsche Cup team for this event. Drivers*Chris S. - 991 Cup Dave F. - 991 Cup Sheldon W. - 991 Cup Dale G. - 991 Cup Rich M. - 991 Cup Armando E. - 991 Cup

I’m interested. I need to check if I bought the Porsche. I know you have it because we ran the official races a year & a half ago or so. One of those cars in the pack is you (I'm the white car w/ the blue stripe down the hood).

I'm in. Likely the Porsche again but I really haven't thought about the alternatives.

This weekend is last call for drivers!
I want to start laying out teams and schedules early next week.

Have you looked for a setup? I am playing with one from last season and the mid-Ohio free VRS set and not liking either.

I've got a couple I will try to share tonight. I need more laps to really get a feel.

I might host a Bathurst session tonight since I won't be home in time for the Autobahn race. I'll add in a couple GT3 cars as well in case anyone not running the 12HR wishes to drop in for some laps.

I might be able to jump in tonight. What time are you thinking? I'll pick up the Porsche GT3 Cup car and Mt. Panorama. Any suggestions for a third piece of content that I'd probably get some use out of? I don't have anything and am looking at the BMW Z4 GT3 or Ferrari 388 GT3 or another track (MoSport or Mid-Ohio)

Probably around 7ish.
Any of the choices would be pretty fair. Once you have your license level high enough, the GT3 races almost always go official.

Mosport would be a better purchase if you wanted to buy a track. Car-wise it's hard to recommend between those two as they're quite different. We seem to like the BMW Z4 for the Spa enduro and have run it a few times (at least twice)... it's a tough little car that can take some minor impacts without too much effect.
