Race 1 and 2 have been selected. Make a case for your choices for 3 and 4. 1. Bathurst 2. Spa 3. ?? 4: ?? I'll be adding to this list as people post ideas and I daydream at work... Possible options are (but not limited to): Nurburgring Nordschleife + GP Hockenheimring, pre 2002 (though I haven't found it online yet) Brands Hatch Donnington Park Mosport A1 Ring Suzuka

Hockenheimring if you want to be somewhat true to the DTM series these cars participated in.
I won't protest the Nordschleife but please make it at the end so we have plenty of time to (re)learn the track. I haven't spent much time on that track in years. I love it, just don't know it well enough.

If it is Hockenheimring I'll pull server admin veto power and say it would be a pre-2002 version. The current layout makes me want to punch mimes.

Brands Hatch - Deep in F1 & FIA history Nordschliefe - I get teary eyed watching the DTM cars of the early 90s catching air off the humps Oran Park - Does it really need justification? ;D
I've got a list of the '89 ATCC schedule. I'll see which of the tracks are available, and which would be worth considering. Still need to track down an FIA schedule to get an idea of the tracks of the era (Europe).

An enduro at Oran? You sick, sick man. Hey, you'd never have to worry about running by yourself.

I'm not married to Hock, just know it is a staple of the DTM series (which many of these cars participated in). I think the pre-2002 version is appropriate. I'm sure other guys on here are more qualified to recommend tracks in rF than I am anyway, lol. Since joining GBR I haven't ran a race that I was familiar with the track, which is why I love it so much.

Tracked down schedules for 88/89 DTM and 89 World Sportscar Championship. Going to see what are available. A couple that did grab my attention from the above series..... 1. Berlin (need to see if this one is even available). Street circuit w/ a .5 mile straight (dragstrip ;D) into a 180 degree hairpin. 2. Donnington Park 3. Suzuka - nice blend of technical and speed to even out the field

I do have a soft spot for Donington (full layout, of course). I drove the heck out of that in TOCA (my first real sim, I drove it with a joystick!).

We'll have to load Brands & Donnington onto the server and see how the cars run there, then decide between the Brit tracks.

Donnington Park sounds like a good choice to me. Like F1, it was one of the tracks I could run all day in Toca 1 & 2.(PS1) and Pro Race Driver 1(X-box 1)

I'll be testing Donington and maybe Hockenheim on the GBR - TC Masters server Wednesday around 8-ish after doing some Fuji practice if anyone is interested in joining me. Track links are one post up.
As part of the testing, I'll be running very short races (like 5 laps) and having people trigger jumpstart and pit speed penalities to make sure the flags and pitting (stop and go + drive-thru) works right.
