Part of the problem may be because you have the server set for All track and vehicles, instead of DWD 2011.

You guys are trying to hard then. With Modified, you are not the driver. You suggest where you want the car to go. Make any sense? When you turn into the corner for instance. once the car starts to rotate in the direction you turned, let the wheel go strait and finish the turn with the throttle correcting as needed with the wheel, but mostly with the throttle (Feathering). If it over turns their is very little chance of getting it back. One thing to remember with these cars, always have some power to the rear wheels. If you let off all the way, you are essentially applying the breaks to the rear. In RL these cars have so much compression that engine breaking is responsible for most spins, and the mod has the same feel. Plus this track has the feel of a wet track, so treat it as muddy clay. All I can really tell you guys is practice, I drove these in RL and the Mod is very accurate.
I hope this dose not discourage to many folks, these things are a blast once you get a handle on them, And this first track is the hardest to drive, the other two I picked have more of a dry feel and more traction, but are also faster tracks. A couple things I can suggest if you have lots of problems, bring the weight forward, go up one on the rear tire compound and drop the wedge a little at a time. And don't worry, we are all going to spin at one point. I do about every 4 - 5 laps.
I hope this dose not make me come off as uppity, But I do know these cars, and these guys did a really good job on the physics for this mod.
One more thing you could try, loosen up your wheels so you can turn them a bit faster. - some ffb or spring rate. These cars run power steering in RL and really don't have much weight on the fronts, so steering is jerky but light.

Thanks for the tips. I've unplugged the power to my DFGT..lol Reason I ask for your help is cause i know this is your backyard. Street stocks late models are mine, but i have never driven a dirt card in real life, nor even wwatched a race. All I've ever seen is in the sports clips of cars sliding sideways or tumbleweeding..lol Didn't come across as egotistical at all. Appreciate the input..

If you guys get the hang of these and like it. I may start a Saturday night series once or twice a month depending on interest with the open wheel versions/outlaws (Not the sprint outlaws) Talk about hard to drive, but fun as hell. They lack the down-force of the front clip.

Sweet ..got it figured out now. Thanks So for me (in case others are reading) I got my steering lock at 40, no FFB at all (though no will try some) and my settings on controller 1 's x axis at 75%..that might help "catch" the cars for ya. Gotta think of it as your driving on snow incase you've never dirt raced. If we can get enough folks practiced up..i really see this being tight action packed racing due to different lines and such.
