I have figured out how to paint the cars and windows, but I'm having an issue with the wheels. I can do the pin stripe and the outer wheel, but I can't seem to figure out the spokes. No matter what color I put on the spokes they are always black. Any help would be appreciated.

Try just doing a color overlay on Layer 1 on the rims template. If that still doesn't work, I'll send you my PSD.

Hey Dan,
whenever I save my template the car ends up with this over powering sheen on top of the car color.
Any idea what might cause this? There must be some step I missing?
Edit: Must be something different about the GSCE templates as I don't seem to have any trouble with the rFactor (VHR 2015) templates.

Edit: Must be something different about the GSCE templates as I don't seem to have any trouble with the rFactor (VHR 2015) templates. VHR uses a standard Alpha layer, most Sims and Mods let you tweak this layer to tune the gloss. Try this, I'm not sure how Gimp is set up. but when your looking at all your layers, look for a part that says Channels, and click on it. It should have what looks like 5 layers in it (RGB,Red,Green,Blue and Alpha1). Click on the Alpha and it should show a grey color representation of the car. Sample the color with the color picker and make it a little darker, then paint the layer with it and save. If you can do this, it should remove the glow, if it's still to shiny for you, make it a little darker, if it gets to dull, go the other way and make it lighter. Here's the thread we used to discuss GSC when we started, may be some info in there for ya also > gbr.proboards.com/post/61454/thread

Thanks Dan, I give it a shot and read through the other thread.
