Wolf and I did alittle testing at The Rock last night. VHR 1.9 feels good so far. I'm going to suggest you guys get 1.9 installed. AS A STAND ALONE INSTALL and keep your 1.7 as a back up just incase we find a glitch but i'm not hearing anything on Dave's site. 1.9 Practice server is up btw. Little interesting info..Aprils race saw the top Qualifying time by #30 Nelson Piquet Jr. @ 24.933 Last night in testing while working on backup set up in case Stinky doesn't have time to do one that is approved.... I ran a 23.833...we're faster then the real racers I know ther'es alot different variables..but just saying Should be a good race..2 definite grooves in the corners that can be run

Some good racing last night. Had fun working my way thru traffic after being dumped to the back.
I have a suggestion and please don't anyone take this the wrong way, I'm not accusing anyone of anything. There are good and bad ways to pass someone. The good way is to out brake someone into a corner and make the pass as you enter the corner or get a better run out of a corner and make the pass on the straight. The bad way is to go too hot into a corner, run into someone and spin them out or run them into a wall.
Just food for thought. There is expected to be some contact since it is racing like a gentle nudge here and there, but a pit maneuver or punting someone off the track is unsportsmanlike from what I learned.

I haven't watched the replay, but if the incident you are referring to was all my fault, I do apologize.

Yes , there will be contact in this sport. It just the nature of it, just like in real life. The one advantage we have here instead of real life is we can relay "momentum passes" as opposed to the spotter in game calling it out. One thing i have noticed spotter is "late" on timing..I suggest possibly, if you got a battle going on and you got a run on someone, let em know. Of Course they might block it, but they will have to chance it that you already don't have a nose in there. If they do,and you do and they get spun...well at least they were warned I think that is a pretty fair way to handle that. Good racing though last night. Next Spazcar event is Charlotte. I'll have the dedicatedserver back up over the weekend.
