DX9 Note in Readme
I saw a note this morning in the Readme for both mods that installs should be running DX9 Only.
This *may* cause some issues with anyone running a lower DirextX version to help an older machine with FPS and general playability.
Just throwing it out there so peeps are informed.

I don't think so, Don't see any templates, and for a Thursday series, there should be plenty of skins. I think their are 4 skins per car in GT 1, and even more in GT 3.
So no for now.
