So here is something odd. I was closing in on my C License and was sitting at D 3.87 prior to my Spec Racer Ford Challenge race at Mosport. So I do the race, run it clean and get a .15 boost to put me over the 4.0 and get the additiona points and deductions and get promoted to C. Then I look at my MPR and it says I've already completed everything for for promotion to B and as my SR is above 3, I'm ready for promotion. How can that be seeing as how I have been running strictly D events? Here is a shot of my MPR as of tonight: Attachments:

Sometimes that box is a little funky for a several minutes as the database updates. I remember getting all excited about that once and thought I found a glitch to double promotion.

Yeah there's a delay on the box. I bet if you look today it will look as you expect.

when i did my d class mpr i decided to do 4 c lass time trials cause i had a sr of 4.56 and once i completed it i got my c class and when i checked my mpr it said that i was ready to be promoted to b as well.....i either needed a 4.0sr to fast track or wait for my grad date, anyways a week and a bit later and it still says iam ready for my b liscense......so iam gonna chip away at my sr and see if it will bump me up to be B.......so in theory i think if you have the content and a high enough sr to partake in a higher class it will count, seems that way for me ?

Yeah, you can run TT in classes above you current class you're working towards. Those MPR TTs count for that class AND all of the classes below it.
So if you've got the stuff, you can kill 2 birds with one stone...and only need to work on getting your SR up.
I did that to shave some time off, since I had the FGT & C6R anyways.
