I have a FANATEC Porsche GT2 wheel now, But because it's reliability is in question I was looking to get a backup wheel. I'm not made out of money, so I'm looking at getting a Logitech G27 Racing Wheel, Do any of you have one? If so, Is it any good?

It's a good wheel. I'd rank it like this:
Wheel: Good Pedals: Excellent. Shifter: Crap. I use it solely for the extra buttons (like having a 2nd button box, right now it has my TS hotkeys and the Pit Limiter)
It is a gear driven FF wheel so that means after several months it's not going to be silky smooth. Mine is a year-old and I'm using it 4-6 nights a week and the FF is getting a little rough. You need to dial in some filtering for rF2 because rF2's raw FF will try to destroy the wheel (there is a little play in the gears at TDC and when the two motors start fighting each other things get a little crazy).

Wolf, You cannot go wrong with the G27. Its a proven performer. That being said, give some thought to the fact that you will be going from a belt driven wheel (GT2) to an inferior gear driven wheel (G27). The G27 is a superb piece of kit, particularly for the price, but it does suffer from cogging. Your GT2 is belt driven and so cogging is a non-issue. You might consider getting a Fanatec CSR wheel. Having owned both the GT2 (which is an excellent wheel), and the CSR, I can tell you that the CSR is a nice upgrade. It has better cooling, better paddle shifters and smoother, more powerful force feedback than the GT2. But, you have to learn to drive with your hands at 9 and 3 o'clock with the CSR, since the alcantara covering is much more limited. The CSR reliability has been very good, I never had any significant problems with mine, and from what I have read, its gotten a proven track record for reliability, as does the G27. I wished I had not sold my CSR, but that was the price Mrs. Lawyer charged for me being allowed to keep the T500 and the CSR Elite. My two cents, as always, take em or leave em.

Dan,
You could always purchase a spare, used Fanatec wheel for cheap. I see them quite a bit.
