1.9 and the 1.95 patch can be downloaded HERE.
There are some threads on the forum with installation tips. Please remember that you need a copy of GT Legends in order to install this mod. Steam has GTL for $8. This is well worth the $8!! If you go this route, you need to post on the HistorX forum. They will ask you to prove you have purchased the game via a screenshot. They will then send you an ISO to serve as the CD check. There are less scrupulous ways to do this, but $8!!
