Welcome to the inaugural HistorX series at GBR. For Season 1 we’ll be running a GTTC European Championship. Please see the the other threads in this forum for the schedule and downloads.
Points will be kept and a champion will be crowned! I will post the points system before the first event.

Please post your choice in the Car Selection Thread {coming soon}. I would like everyone to select a car even if you are just dropping in. It makes organizing the series a little easier.
Race Format
Race length and heat quantity will vary per event, similar to the V8s. Please refer to the schedule and the thread for each event for details.
10 minute qualifying will start at 7:30 Pacific sharp - Please be online prior to 7:15 PT
5 minute warm up
Race with 5 minute warm up between heats (if applicable)
Server Name - "GBR - GTTC HistorX"
Tire Wear - X2
Fuel Usage - X2
Damage - 50%
Mechanical Failures - Normal
Flag Rules - Black Only - Blue will be shown but not penalized
Driver Aids - Auto Clutch Only (practice server will have invulnerability as an option)
Starts - Standing
Mandatory Pit Stops - Varies with event
In an effort to keep all cars equal, I am considering a Success Ballast system that will be added to any car model that regularly outperforms the other. I will know better after our exhibition event. This is not to hinder only the fast drivers as everyone driving the penalized car will carry the ballast. More on this later.
