Hi fellas,
I really like what I see here. Sure would like to get in on the action. Couple of questions:
Is it too late to get in for this season?
Can I get a skin in?
I thought I read a new V8 Mod was out with Mercedes and Nissan, you guys using that?
What is the time you guys race in EST?
Can a new guy get in?

Get out!  So, you have time. Nothing is firm right now but I'd say you have 2 weeks to sumbit a skin and the season stars in 3 weeks. We're using V8 Factor Unleashed 2011 v1.1. My thought (and staff haven't discussed it) is that we'll probably stick with it until a V8 mod is released for rFactor 2 just because we're so comfortable with V8FU. Then we switch to rF2 as our primary sim. Because of that it's unlikely that we'd deal with a new rF1 V8 mod. Quali is 10:15 Eastern. Race #1 rolls out as close to 10:30 as we can manage allowing for some technical glitch variance. |

Season is starting in about three weeks, so yes, you can still get in. Skin will likely need to be finished the weekend prior to start. You shoul plan to be on around 10 PM ET since Qualy starts at 10:15.

LOL, ok guys everything sounds just about perfect. I'd definitely like to get in on it. I'll get a skin to you guys pronto. Timeframe is good also. You guys plan to have any practice runs before the big one kicks off?

Yeah. We just ran one event (Daytona) and Yas Marina is scheduled for next Wednesday night. We have plans for a third event so stay tuned for that.

I want to know more about this new V8 mod you speak of, Is it for rF1?

This is gonna be some rough stuff. Finally got everything together last night, thanks Seahawksfan for the needed help, and realized I probably got no business being on the track. But I gotta troop on! Can't go out like a chump so on pride alone I'm IN!

I have one question though,the first turn seems kinda weird. Like a curb in the middle of the turn. Don't know if I'm taking it right or not. I'm going to get on in about an hour or so if anyone cares to join me.
