Ha. Mine was a cheap wooden TV tray I got from Walmart. I drilled extra pivot holes in the legs and removed the rivet so that I could set the angle then fix the pivot with bolts. I still use it for the Xbox wheel.

Since Smokey was sick and had to bail, I figured I would pick up the slack this week. Condensed it down a bit and added some captions so you know what's going on! Hope you enjoy. Feel free to rate, comment, criticize, beg me to stop posting videos....whatever. 35 laps 25 cars on the grid 4th in qualifying #1 in your hearts! Onboard with Hawks - Race 5 at Barbagallo

Not to go too far off topic here, but my first "rig" was a Table Mate TV tray (as seen on TV). I never took any photos of it for obvious reasons. Here's what it looked like - hot chick not included. I bought it off Craiglist from some elderly lady in a retirement home for $10. There was still some left over scrambled egg on it when I bought it....BONUS! lol!!! hey if it works you cant knock it. hear mine. we called it the coffin. office chair without the legs and a killer Madcatz II wheel.

That's awesome Tony. Love the phone right next to ya. Is that so you could receive calls from your crew chief during races?

Wait a minute now, if we're going back in time I got to go to the beginning. Notice the nice plastic that came in the box the wheel came in being used as a windshield. lol Put it across your lap and put those laps in!!!!

just go with the big screen. everythings better when its the size a real car lol!!!! Yeah I'm absolutely loving the switch, it essentially feels like a 1:1 car, so it was much easier for me to get used to finding brake points and knowing where my car was and everything.

And btw, gorgeous, gorgeous track. Can't say enough good things about it. Wanneroo is our traditional season opener at ESR, and this will be used for sure next time. hmmm... until I saw this post I thought I had never driven this track. Went thru practice and the race believing that I never made the connection between the Wanneroo I have driven at efnet and this Barbagallo! lol, guess now I understand bit better why I enjoyed this race so much, always liked Wanneroo. And a big plus to RR1CHO for this great version of the track !!!
