Haha...that's quite possibly the worst combo for me right now. Don't own either. The track isn't used in the series I would participate in and I don't even have a license high enough for the Proto car, lol OK, how about the Skip Barber car at your favorite track? What are you? A masochist? We just finished with the tail happy SRF and moving on to the not quite as tail happy Star Mazda. Now you want to run possibly the most tail happy car in the game? Since this is an extra one off event, how about the Mustang if everyone has it? Or how about the Mazda? I know everyone has that. When was the last time GBR had a Mazda race? I was never in one. It's a fun car to drive and everyone has it. Just have to pick a track for it then. Tracks I think would work well with it are Road Atlanta short course, Sebring club course, Sonoma long or Cup course, or Suzuka east course.

The Mustang and the Mazda sound great to me, as do any of the courses you have identified. Lets get some additional thoughts and then I will go ahead and schedule something for July 21.

Sebring club in the Mazda would be a riot!

I'd be up for the Mazda. Don't have Sebring but would happily buy it or any track that is used reasonably often in the series I would run. Sorry to be a pain but I just want to limit how much I spend at iR because I rarely use it. The car and track you mentioned are both way off my wish list for content.

I would actually run the Skippy but I think most either a) don't have it, or b) hate it! It's even harder to drive than the SRF.

No worries Zed. The Mazda at Sebring Club sounds like a winning combination.

On a side note, looks like I may make the SM race after all. Juggling family summer excursions.

I'll buy what ever road track you run. So Sebring wouldn't be an issue then?

Sebring is a GREAT iracing track! If you havent yet, try it in the dark of night! Just be sure you use a vehicle with headlights.
The MX5 or roadster at Sebring club is a nice combo. I'm in.

Oh my... this is going to be a step up from the GT cars. I ran some laps last night at LRP and forgot how fast you have to think in these cars. There won't be any rolling out of bed 15 minutes before the start for this one!

This is going to be an...um...interesting race. Lime Rock is uber tight for these cars.
