With 5 Sundays in June we have an open morning time slot coming up. After discussion with the race hosts there are three options available to schedule something on this date. Please pick the options you'd like to participate in. Details to follow when we pick a mod but you can expect the time to be around the usual 9-9:30AM PDT. Some more info: Option 1: rFactor 2 Corvettes at the new ISI Silverstone if it's out by then otherwise I'll likely pick one of Virtua_LM's fine tracks like Mid-Ohio or Fuji. Option 2: Track TBA, Helios or someone else would host this one. Option 3: This is the truck mod: www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Trucks%20Series%20Racing track and details TBD. |

Only the rF2 Corvettes. Sandrox F1 & the truck mod are rF1. The F1 mod is the same mod I've hosted a couple F1 After-parties with. Edit: F1's got the sim listed on the left side of the screen too.  |

lol!!!!1 ok coolness i'd vote for F1 i'm suprized that we dont run a series for these.
and i'll race anything in RF2 but not a Chevy fan lol!

Im torn...I like the trucks..they're fun. But now that I have acces to rf2 and should do some media on it im swayed by that too  Sent from my SPH-D710 using proboards |

ok so i thought about it.
i think we need both an formula 1 series and an RF2Series.
that's the 2 things that are missing in our club.
and being the RF2 bug is floating around GBR.
i re voted for RF2 and cancelled the F1 vote.
hopefully this will spark something in the club.
either series that is lol!!

rFactor 2 interest is nothing new. What is new is Dan and Ian have it finally. I agree with Tony, it's time to start sprinkling in some rFactor 2 and F1 events. For me, at least, rFactor 1 is getting a bit stale.

For me, at least, rFactor 1 is getting a bit stale. lol!!! Stale? not for me. better thaan ever. the way i see it its like having Forza 3 and 4 we have something that works well and something that need work its getting there and getting better. i do think its time to add some RF2 stuff. and the F1 stuff is something that i think needs to be looked into . we have a Great V8 Supercar ,Stock car and Le mans Program. so adding a Formula one program would be great. in covering the racing world Base. The V8 Supercar Program is doing awesome and has grown into and massive Machine. and Spazcar looking like its going to increase its numbers with Ian Networking. looks great!!!! and the Leman Program increasing its dates. i think we will see it grow. With the quality of driving we have at GBR it just make since to me. to try and increase the numbers in all the series. |

I am still digging the rFactor mods I regularly run, including V8 Supercars, Spazcar, Enduracers and Porsche Supercup, but I also want to start running in some series with newer sims, including rFactor 2, for the same kinds of reasons why when Forza 4 arrived, we used that rather than continue our online series with Forza 3. Its not a knock on rFactor or any of its fine mods, it's simply a recognition that there is newer stuff out there to start using and enjoying. |
