so my taskbar has gone to top of screen & ive gone into properties dozen times & changed it but keeps going back to top (well don't change on a reboot or shutdown..) and tbh I don't know how the fuck it got there lol

Mine has done the same thing. Just click and drag it back where it belongs on the bottom of the screen.
