Hey guys everytime i hit connect or on my book marks my PC crashes, shuts down and recovers any ideas on what would cause that???

Have you tried uninstalling TS?
Uninstall it, reboot, reinstall, reboot then give it a try.
Don't forget to copy down your TS addresses.
Any Error codes show up?
Also, make sure your audio drivers are up to date.

Also, if you're using any plug-ins (especially OSD ones) then disable them. You could also do a test with all game controllers unplugged.
TS hooks into the audio subsystem (obviously) and DirectInput (controller hotkeys) and DirectX (OSD) so there are several avenues of testing to try.
