Some of you will recall that I was quitting races because the textures were flashing. This is what I was seeing about 20 minutes into a race or even while watching a replay: It started after the iR last update and last Nvidia driver update. It wasn't caused by heat or any of the other common things. I thought it was related to AA settings but nothing seemed to help. Then I remembered a tip which, it turned out, solved the problem. I'll post what I did here as FYI. This is kind of a hidden option that not many people remember because you never see this again after you first install iRacing. If you ever get screwed up graphics in iRacing and can't fix it with your usual troubleshooting steps, the following link is a good place to start. Scroll to the bottom and click the red Configure button. members.iracing.com/membersite/member/instruction/qs_07.jspWhat it does is runs a little code to query your graphics drivers then the software makes a guess at optimal settings. In the process of doing that, your renderer.ini file (and maybe some other stuff) is wiped and replaced. You'll have to go back in and change some things like the triple monitor settings to your preferred setup, etc. but this is a nice quick way to get everything to a fresh state and hopefully fix a problem.
