Spazcar Skin Deadline July 26th!

Ok guys, we are getting close to having to start finalizing things. So I'm gonna start with the skin deadline. That will be July 26th! All skins need to be submit to Jeff ( Stinky), Dan(Wolf) or myself by then. I'd like Jeff to have an opp to put the skin pack together and hopefully we can do an all driver server test (practice event/film shoot for promo) on the 23rd. If you doing your own get em done! If you still need someone to do it for you , make sure you get your request in this week. There is going to be an update to VHR on the 20th. If that holds true the server WILL BE ON THAT UPDATE.

Have updated the deadline to the 26th. I finally have my cars done. But I have 2 more to do and can't get to them until Tuesday.
