Chris, as bad as I hate to miss Bathurst, I'm not going to make this one. The Nascar Truck series is running Eldora Speedway tomorrow night. Yes, Nascar Trucks on DIRT! I have to watch it! Sorry man.

Chris, as bad as I hate to miss Bathurst, I'm not going to make this one. The Nascar Truck series is running Eldora Speedway tomorrow night. Yes, Nascar Trucks on DIRT! I have to watch it! Sorry man. The race will be over an hour or more before DRM's start according to the scheduled time here. So what's your excuse now........  EDIT: Just realized they split it in two. Heat races from 6-8, then the main at 8:30. So far I'm not impressed, they let the track get so dry they are basically running on asphalt. They need to water the track between runs. It is called the "Mud summer classic" not the slightly dusty classic. Very boring so far. |

Yeah, that was a great run by Ed. There was no way I was going to get by him on track with his pace.
I was the first of the frontrunners to pit and when I rejoined I laid down some quick laps (got a 2:04.962!) that got me in front of him after he pitted.

Round 6 was fun last night. Congrats to Dale on the wins. Mistakes in first race gave me the pole for the intermediate. Thanks go to Dale for taking it easy on me until the pit stops. Lost 13 seconds during my pitstop. I was way to conservative on pit entry. Steve caught me on the last lap and I think we traded paint on the next to last turn. Engine melted after crossing the finish line!
