We are now in week 13 so 2013 season 2 is officially done. It was my second full season of iRacing. I ran a total of 188 official races and had 24 wins. Breakdown by class I did 113 road races with 9 wins, and 75 oval races with 15 wins.
I concentrated on the IndyCar fixed oval series and did ok there. I ran 52 races with 8 wins. I placed 1st of 455 in my division and 5th of 3497 overall for the racing. I also placed 2nd in my division and 2nd of 1044 overall in the Season Time Trial. I had one top finish at Texas in the time trial championship where I beat second place by .001 over a 10 lap average. It was my first time getting certificates for an overall Championship which was nice.
On the road side, I ran races mainly for fun. Had a few first time wins, 4 in the Mazda cup, 1 in the Caddy, and 1 in the SRF. I also had 3 wins in the Corvette in the now discontinued GT Challenge series. My one top placing was 1st in my division in the McLaren for the Grand Am Sports Car series Time Trial Championship.
For next season I will continue to concentrate on the IndyCar. I will be doing the full season of open oval and road series. I will also run a few races each week in the fixed oval series, mainly the SOF races. During season 2, I increased my oval iRating from just under 3000 to over 4000, so I am now in Division 1 running with the big dogs. I have been picked up on the Broken Aero race team which gives me access to some great setups and training, so I should do ok.

Nice job Troy. That is a performance that even Stinky or Fantomas might be in awe of. Sent from my HTC One X using proboards
