so I can get to V8 server and hit go but it keeps saying 'waiting for server' and don't change these are the little issues when changing ya PC   |

also when I quit rF1 it keeps running in background  I have to go into task manager each time and end process |

If you had to do a fresh install...double check your user control settings. .also try going to the rfactor exe right click for properties and try it in xp mode

I'm assuming no one else is having problems? If not, ensure you don't have the Windows Firewall running.

well what I have done is delete every rF1 install I had uninstall rF1 uninstall ORSM etc. so at the moment just 'building' up V8s again as I saved all my (smokey, settings etc) data from my original V8s ive been running and so far it ends when I hit exit no need to end it in Task Manager. im still running W7 knight and I didn't do a fresh install of windows spaz (I did have to put the key in again though) I wonder if its worth doing a fresh OS install as all me games are on another SSD hmmm

I think it has something to do with the Ethernet this board uses (Killer Network Driver) supposed to guarantee no drop outs or some shit but ive done a clean install etc etc & still having issues even deleted & uninstalled all of rF1 games but still no dice I got NFI  |
