IZOD Indycar 2012/2013 mod released (rFactor 1)

This is a stand alone install - no need to install rFactor or rFactor lite. It also includes all of the tracks for the series and is also RFE enabled (dynamic weather).

First click where it says download this file. (It may try to get you to download ILIVID, just close that)
then It's the small download button under the capcha where you have to type in some letters or numbers.

Initial impressions of this are VERY high. Some odd glitches they're still working out, this is just v1.0... Baseline oval setups are decent, baseline road course setups a little worse... But the models are outstanding, sounds are great, very authentic feel and a very polished mod. Also comes with its own track pack of mostly good tracks, including the newer layout of Edmonton. Fully functioning flags and pace car appear to work for the ovals (at least on Pocono when I tried them), and switching from Oval to Road is very straightforward.

I think we might have an Indycar series in ESR's future if popularity is high enough.

Just ran a couple laps around Mid Ohio, but so far it seems to be a really good mod.
We may consider running another Indy 500 exhibition like we did a year or so ago with this mod.

Excellent mod. I tried it this morning and loved it. The cars look and sound awesome. The tracks also look great. The FFB and physics are top notch.
