Hello friends and racers, that time is upon us once again. The lights are warmed up, the track is ready and the new design schemes are looking amazing on the Spazcar VHR Cup cars. It's time once again to strap yourself in for some high speed bumper to bumper, door to door action! Hope to see as many of you make it as possible! This is a no holds bar , come have a good time event and no points are assessed tonight.

Format for tonights event..

20 Lap opener
15 Lap mid
10 Lap end

We will reset the server between segments. That way if someone drops on the first segment or is late, they can get in on the second and 3rd.

Things to prep before race time....

Make sure you have the latest skin pack, it is V 1.2 here in the forums and I WILL have the DB link in the teamspeak. Speaking of, we ARE using the RFN hosted Spazcar TeamSpeak (198.71.83.18:9992) not the GBR one ( again this falls under I don't want to give GBR passwords out to non members)

Server is up , fixed tune is applied now and a few other tweaks have been implemented. NO anti - cheat at this time , that WILL be in effect for the first points night, more info to come on that as I will finally have time this upcoming weekend to work on it.

Looking forward to a good time and seeing as many of you there as possible!

Oh btw, don't have a car yet???, we have 3 great GBR themed cars you can run

Felt really good to get back behind the wheel in this series again. But, Man it's easy to make mistakes in these cars, but what a ride.... Thanks for putting this together Ian.

your welcome guys. They were a handful but challenging this time to drive and I like that. I will get the series dialed into only 1 green white checkered though Otherwise everything else worked way I wanted. Well cept I didn't win one..lol
Thanks to everyone who made it out, and thanks for your patience , know it was a long night but it was was some damn good racing! Congrats to Matt , Tony and Jeff! Jeff starts the season off with winning the shootout!

I do have 1 issue with the new format. This file back in where ever crap after an incident. People were taking advantage of that, and making positions from it. I think we should let the game tell us where to be and after that you can send the offending driver to the rear. Because I had no idea where to be, or who to let ahead or not because people were just going where they wanted. I'm sure that's part of why I kept getting shuffled to the back.
And the fact that you were clearing penalties right after the restarts, was letting people pass before the line and getting the penalty wiped.

Plus it's way to confusing, just let the game sort us out.

Not a real big fan of the double file restarts either, to easy to get a passing penalty, but, I'll give you that one.

I agree on the fall in wherever dan...it will go back to the game control with the offending individual dropping to the rear.
