Finally came up with a decent setup. Suzuka wasn't on the schedule for the Proto/GT series last season, so the setup I had for Suzuka was really old. I took a Spa setup from season 3, made some gearing and differential changes and got a 2:04.684 lap. I'm attaching the setup and a link to the replay on my dropbox so you can see the gears I'm using. Thanks for the set, Troy. I'll try it later. Though, I noted last night that there are track-specific default sets available and two I tried (Phillip Island and Suzuka) were pretty stable.

As with my note in the GTC series, I'm a maybe for this race due to the inclement weather due to hit later tonight through Sunday morning. Weather outlook is still calling for 5-10cm of wet snow with really windy conditions.

Yeah great stuff Troy...Ah, so I buy another iRacing car I suck in, it's kinda depressing to race with just the thought of not being lapped as a result...and then failing at even that. Oh well what else is there to do on a Sunday afternoon  |

Weeeel, I didn't see another car after the second lap until I spun on the penultimate lap and sat there till the top three drivers lapped me to be sure I didn't come on track in front them...So the fun element was a little limited. But hey, I race whatever is offered on a Sunday because I would rather be on track with you guys than a bunch of strangers. |

A few silly mistakes but I really like this car. Screw NTM5, the GT (which I believe is still OTM) is the closest iR car to the ORSM V8, in terms of grip and predictability. That makes it fun!
