What tracks would you guys like to run for our upcoming season? We have six races that will be scheduled. Here are the ideas I have gathered so far:
1) Mid Ohio 2) Lime Rock 3) Okayama 4) Zandvoort 5) VIR - North Course Summit Point 6) Laguna Seca 7) Watkins Glen - Classic Boot 8) Road Atlanta
Please provide feedback ASAP so that I can finalize the schedule by this weekend.
Thanks, Craig

I'll only be a drop-in if time permits and if I have the track. I currently only have two of those so I would try to make those two.

I added Laguna Seca since its a free base track and because I think it would be fun with this car. That means all iRacing members have at least two of the tracks, Okayama and Laguna. Moreover, any sane iRacing member will buy Watkins Glen. I am intentionally overlapping tracks for the Skip Barber and upcoming GT series to minimize the need to buy additional tracks.

I'll be sitting this series out, as I don't own the car (I'm refraining from renting any additional content). Have fun! But some input.....unless you have a fairly large grid (dozen cars or so), Road America might be a bit long of a track. That place will be a HUGE drafting track in the low power cars, so if you loose the group, you'll be SOL. I expect it to be either an epic race if you can hang onto the draft.....or a very lonely hot lap session. Road Atlanta has enough twists and kinks to make up for the huge backstraight.

VIR might be a track not many people have other than you and I Craig (100%'ers)

I've done a few official races with this car and enjoyed it at Mosport and Summit. Mid-Ohio and Sebring (one of the shorter layouts) may be good for these cars. I thought Villenueve was boring. I agree with Chris on the Road America being too straight intensive. Just my thoughts.

VIR might be a track not many people have other than you and I Craig (100%'ers) Good point. I am confident Troy and Greg also have it, but it still is one of the less purchased and popular tracks. Accordingly, Road America and VIR are out, Mid Ohio and Summit Point are in, at least for now, subject to additional feedback.

Throw Lime Rock, and Zandvoort in there as well. We've run the Star Mazda there so peeps should have both tracks. They are both twisty and still have areas you can uncork for brief periods.

Lime Rock and Zandvoort in, Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta out. Remember, it is a six race series and so we can only do six tracks. LOL!!!

Lime Rock is the spiritual home of the Skippy (Skip Barber owns the track)

Why only Six races? Why you gots to be hatin on a playa? Huh? Fine, be that way. We will do an eight month schedule, rather than six. If it were up to me, you guys know we would be doing iRacing and/or rFactor 2 every night, sprinkled in with an occasional GT6 and/or Forza 5 event. That is right, I said it, Forza 5. Deal with it, it is a great game.

Well, to make matters worse, I love Forza 5 even though I am playing it with a single screen and a controller. I had forgotten how fun it is to play a career mode in a console racing game. How can I simultaneously love iRacing, which requires the wheel, pedals, triples, etc., but also love Forza 5 with a single screen and a controller? LOL!!!
