Date: Sunday, January 12, 2014 Time: 6:50am PST (70 minute Warmup/Practice starts at 6:50am PST, Qualifying starts at 8:00am PST and a 40 minute race starts at 8:10am PST) Cars: Skip Barber (paid content) Track: Mid Ohio with Chicane (paid content) Warm Up: 70 minutes Qualifying: 10 minutes, 4 laps Race: 40 minutes Tune: Open. Here is a set up I downloaded from the iRacing forums: MidOhioNNTM.sto (356 B) Keep in mind that we will have to start on time, since there is no way I can change the race start time once we are in the sim. You can be late for warm up and qualifying and can come and go as you please. There will be unlimited Fast Repairs, so no one is left completely in the dust due to a mistake. Because you all are road purists, this will be a standing start.

Bump for this Sunday's inaugural race of our Skip Barber series. We had a ball when we ran this car in an exhibition late last year. Please join us if you can.

Hey Craig. I was going to run snappy's gt6 series on sunday . it starts at noon est. And I love running the skippy's. damm. Snappy knows several of us are doing this series and he has no problem with us being a couple of minutes late. To make our lives easier, I will bump up the race start time to 8:10am PST, and will reduce the practice time from 70 to 60 minutes. That will allow us to finish by 8:50am PST and comfortably get into Snappy's room for the race.

Actually, rather than shorten practice, I just started the two hour session at 6:50am PST. We will have 70 minutes of practice, 10 minutes for qualifying and then a 40 minute race that will conclude by 8:50am PST, which gives us plenty of time to switch over to GT6 for Snappy's Mazda event.

Great race this morning guys. I enjoyed it. Congrats to Troy on the win, and Kelly and Sheldon on the podium finishes!
Next month's race will be at Lime Rock. Please let me know whether you want me to restrict the fuel to force a pit stop.

Very intense racing this morning but really a lot of fun and it was fantastic to see 8 drivers out. Hopefully we can keep this up. The cars are really close and there is not much you can do to them tuning wise.
Sure, throw in the pit stop. Its fun racing tip to tail but a pit stop will throw an extra giggle into the mix.
