All right, who the fuck screwed up Silverstone?!! I thought the exact same thing. I had to do about laps in 3rd gear just to figure this damn thing out. I thought I was going crazy because we did an exhibition at silverstone in these cars before the season started but this layout was confusing the hell out of me. |

I have to say I like both the old and new layout of Silverstone.
This new one, is so technical...and the main challenging corners still there.

Just to be clear, once you install the 1.2.5 patch FROM THIS FORUM you NO NOT install the brake mod again. I added the brake mod to the 1.2.5 download.

Angelo was kind enough to share his setup last night. So my only excuse of not matching his pace is the driver. We are in the same car and the same setup but he is just too damn fast for me.

Yep, Angelo shared his tune without me even asking. What makes it worse for me, is that it wasn't that much different than the tune I did myself. That boy is just fast fast fast!!! Should be a good battle between him and Jeff tonight.
Once I got the layout figured out I really do like this track and how fast it is.

My pleasure help when I can.  I can say to you guys that I wasnt fast out of the box. It took a lot of experience, different equipments...and races everywhere, to get to a certain level. Today I think Im a good simracing driver. But I was never dominant anywhere I raced. Most of the leagues I raced or race, Im around 3th or 5th...with a few trips to the Podium. Eventually a Win, not on a consistent basis. And believe me...you would be gratefull that some "Efnet" dudes are not around here...names like Bryan Heitkotter, Bojan Mikic... Caleb, Chris Sherburn, Rich...to name a few, can understand what Im saying! |
