It's being developed by BugBear the makers of FLATOUT 1, 2 and Ultimate. Very fun Arcade Wreck and Racers.

I bought it down to having £20 left in my steam account over xmas.
3 tracks and 2 cars is really pushing the limits of what early access is.
Hope they add more content sharpish.
