Great reaction to that one. Nice accident avoidance.

I cant believe how lucky i am this week! Even more avoided when trying out the Street Stock.
I am no fan of oval racing but damn it this is a hell of load of fun!

Nicely done Tartan. When I first joined iRacing, I was not all that interested in oval racing but then I tried it and could not resist. Back then, the rookie oval series was the Legends Ford at short tracks. I enjoyed that, did enough clean racing to bump up my SR and ultimately got my D license. I continued to progress and ultimately got my C, then my B and then my A license, which I have never lost. I have now done over 900 official oval races, plus dozens of hosted league oval races. I cannot get enough of it.

Nice mate! Trouble is when I race something on a sim I ultimately end up absorbing it IRL. The wife will kill me if I start watching NASCAR aswell as WEC, USCR,F1, BTCC, and WTCC lol

I wonder if that Miata got protested... looks like he jerked it back onto the track rather than scrubbing off speed and gradually re-entering the pavement.

Couple of close calls there, nice car handling.
The rookie class is all about wreck avoidance. Once you get that down, you will progress quickly. I've been having to avoid plenty of wrecks in the GT3 Challenge series also. And I've been taken out a few times this week. The aggressive drivers and dive bombers aren't just in the rookie races. They are everywhere.
