GBR iRacing Track Days - Race #2 - Sunday, March 2

Date: Sunday, March 2, 2014
Time: 6:50am PST (70 minute Warmup/Practice starts at 6:50am PST, 10 minute qualifying starts at 8am PST and a 40 minute race starts at 8:10am PST)
Cars: Mazda MX-5 Cup (base content), Ford Falcon V8 Supercar (paid content) and RUF 12R-Track (paid content)
Track: Okayama (base content)
Warm Up: 70 minutes
Qualifying: 10 minutes or 4 laps
Race: 40 minutes
Tune: Open.

Keep in mind that we will have to start the race on time, since there is no way I can change the race start time once we are in the sim. You can be late for practice and can come and go as you please. There will be unlimited Fast Repairs, so no one is left completely in the dust due to a mistake. Because you all are road purists, this will be a standing start. We will do chat via the iRacing chat system. Please be sure to map a key for your chat.

I carefully reviewed the responses to my prior question about what cars we should run and no one stated they wanted to run the V8 Supercar, even Tony. If there is interest, I can easily add it. Just let me know. If one person expresses interest in running it, I will add it.

No thanx, I'm waiting until it gets the NTM v5. I'm going with the RUF. I will figure out fuel and post a good setup soon.

I can't wait for a tm update on the v8 every time I look at it I wanna drive it than take it out and quickly remember why I named it the v8 super sideways slider

Dave, I was going to schedule the Mazda Cup, RUF and V8 Supercar. If you really want to run the Caddy, I can add it as well, but that probably means you will be racing alone. Let me know what you want to do.

OK, I added the V8 Supercar, since both boza and helios intend to run it.

As of now, we are running the MX-5 Cup, V8 Supercar and the RUF Track. It should be good fun.
