I know many of you are tired of "betas", but just saw it was on sale for $26.65 USD. Will give you access to the final version when it's released. They also just announced they got the official license for the 2014 Corvette C7 as well as the C7.R, which gets my juices flowing. Not sure when it will be released, but glad to hear they aren't just focusing on European cars exclusively. store.steampowered.com/app/244210/

Definitely worth the $26, even if its in beta. It already has a nice amount of content even without the Vette.

I bought during the Christmas sale and have been extremely happy with it. Runs very well on triples, if not the best out of the next gen sims and looks and feels great. Excellent ui with tons of ingame apps, Decent chunk of content with dlc to come later as well as mod support. Hopefully the modding community will make an effort to step forward and make fresh new content rather than just ripping and converting from other titles. Having said that and seen the content scheduled for the final release it's not overly wowing but not bad as I felt there's quit a bit of production cars compared to race cars but for $26 and it's quality it makes it pretty hard to complain about

Anyone joining any exhibition mp events this Friday? Anyone interested in running some laps this fri? I signed up at race2play running the abarth 500 a magoine. I fired it up for the first time in a while to practice and I must say iam very impressed with what they have done so far. FFb by far has the strongest smoothest effects with out clipping or feeling like a heavy spring of any of the sims.....every effect can be adjusted to the users liking which is a plus. Optimization and graphics are excellent i was using max settings 2aa on triples with 15 ai and my 2 gb 670 never dropped below 60 fps and hardly broke a sweat using only 70% ! Pretty smooth and clean looking will have to see how transition to night racing effects fps. I also looked through the mod wip and there looks to be quit a bit ready to go once the modding tools are available.....some good some not. So if anyone is interested in running some laps fri night to test the waters.....if we can let me know!

I won't lie, I had to google that to see what you meant lol
My .02 on the game...... What I enjoy the MOST with this title, that frustrates me with other sims is it's simplicity and current optimization. Looks, feels and runs great without the need of tinkering or super computer. It may not have the indepth features like some of the hardcore sims but has the perfect amount of everything to be a top notch sim, and coming from such a small team it's even more impressive. They remind me a lot like reiza studios

I gave the Ferrari 458 (S3 version) a go and really liked the feel. I also tweaked a few settings to get a solid 60 fps and still looks great. It does drop to 30 when I go off track and stir up a bunch of dust and gravel or collide with another car, but I can live with that. I just need to avoid hitting stuff and going off-roading. Will definitely be giving multiplayer a test in the near future.

interesting they had it listed as free with a 3 month subscription to pro plus which is $51 the other day, yet you can pick it up for cheaper on steam for $34.....guess they werent getting many upgrades once they realized that and dropped it to a month which than is a good deal

AC is now free through Race2Play with one month of their highest tier membership. Well, I don't remember where I read this or if it was time-limited but R2P is back to three month sub needed. No biggie... I already had a Pro account there so the price increase for three months is just a couple of lattes (my base unit of money measurement).

lattes (my base unit of money measurement). I use Americanos so my exchange rate is less.
