is with cars that just use it in RL or all cars? Not sure about that. I do know that ABS and TCS has been added to the Cadillac. I also read from one of the Cadillac expert iRacers that the Caddy has ABS and TCS in real life. Nonetheless, in typical sim racer and iRacer fashion, several guys are complaining.

It's been added to several cars but not all. My assumption is it's on the cars that have it in race trim. The Falcon for example does not and it's not available in-car.
BTW, the Falcon got no updates this time. Talk on the forum is that the Falcon is no longer being updated and focus has turned to the COTF Holden. There's no word if we will get a COTF Falcon (or Nissan, Mercedes or Volvo).

I was able to spend over an hour with several features and pieces of new content from the new build. All I can say is that this might be the best new build ever for iRacing.
I started by doing some practice, and later a race, with the new BMW Z4 car at one of the new tracks, Circuit of the Americas ("COTA"). COTA is hands down the prettiest iRacing track to date, even besting Bathurst. I am getting some FPS hits at a couple of corners of the track, but that is to be expected. iRacing is clearly pushing its graphics engine to higher limits than ever before, which is going to put more pressure on our hardware. Although COTA looks great, it is fricking hard. I got over a dozen 1xs in a race where I only completed 8 laps. The turns are very hard to correctly navigate and apex.
The BMW looks, sounds and feels great. The graphics are quite sharp, as you would expect, and the car sounds authentic. It even whines when I am in the pit box running against the speed limiter. Very cool. The FFB is pretty good, although I did have to crank it up to around 17 in game to get some good, strong feel. The car is glued to the track, almost as much as the RUF, although don't worry, yes, you can spin it if you go too agro.
I then turned to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Gen6 Toyota at Charlotte. I just jumped in and did a 30 lap race and got first place, which is my first win ever in the Gen6 car. The NTM v5 has really improved the Gen6 feel, it now feels more like the Super Late Model, which was released last season with the NTM v 5. IMO, iRacing has perfected the tire model, I am not sure whether an NTM v 6 is necessary. I noticed that although I can drive the car hard, when I drove it too hard I almost certainly over heated the tires and so the car got squirrelly. Very cool.
I finished by running the Super Late Model at the other new track, Lucas Oil Raceway. That is an awesome short track.

I got over a dozen 1xs in a race where I only completed 8 laps. The turns are very hard to correctly navigate and apex. iRacing was pushing the limits of its engine years ago. It's why Suzuka stutters around the ferris wheel or Spa stutters at T1 and coming down the hill. It's also why Long Beach is stuck as a development release. They can't draw detailed far terrain without a nosedive in performance. COTA is tricky until you learn it. I have so many laps in the rFactor version that I was able to jump right in and was up to speed within two laps. I got a few 1x but that's more about learning where I can abuse the runoff (which is the key to a fast lap at COTA... use every bit of runoff that you legally can). In fact, the rFactor version is pretty close. The iRacing version feels more open and matches my memory of the track... it's almost like the rFactor version is at 95% scale.

LOL, so apparently the V8SC got a half-done NTM5 model by accident in the last build. People were posting up wondering why the car suddenly was handling different. iRacing rolled back that change this AM. Good news on the V8SC is that the Ford will be modelled when the COTF Holden comes. I only skimmed the post but it sounds like the two car models may only signficantly differ in the body/graphics.

I don't use iRacing, but this was posted on reddit. Looks like the RUF cars are rolling a bit to easily. I am sure it will be fixed soon.

That bug was present when the car was first released... looks like it's back.
