rF2 Build 770 was released today. Be sure to update as we will be using this latest version for the race next week.

Just in case anyone is wondering, you can connect to the server with either the 32-bit or 64-bit rF2. 64-bit is considered experimental though so use at your own risk.

And what better time to experiment than with an exhibition. Looking forward to this one. Lime Rock is always a blast.

Gee, everytime I bring up Lime Rock w/ the V8s I get chastized about it being a "bull ring" and "too small" for the V8s.

ok so got it all working good and had a run on the server and seems like I don't get kicked from rF2 games like I do with rF1 games so im happy lol with the tyres you wrote 'normal' Hawks so can we run sprints or is this control tyre races? and like you looking forward to the races

Great. I suspect there will be a minor update before the race. Hawks and I will make the call depending if the date it's out.

If you're planning to race, then before Wednesday please test that you can connect to the correct TS server (if you haven't already). It's a lot easier to help sort any problems before race night. If this is the channel list you see, you are on the backup (old) server:

Dale added this server a few months back so it's now in the US (I believe it was in Europe before ). He decided to wait until during the offseason to officially change it. Now it's closer to home (for most of us anyway).

so were not using the normal wed V8 TS? (at work so cant see if anythings different? is there a reason why its changed if any? Almost the exact same server configuration as before... I've just moved it to a different location. The old one is still active though as backup and for Troy's iRacing guys to use. gbr.proboards.com/thread/3507/gbr-ts3-server-change
