Ok your setup worked great for me tonight. After just a few laps I was hitting the lo 50's and with some more practice I can easily get into the 49's. No idea what was different about the setups but this will be my base setup from now on and tweak from there. Thanks for providing this.

ok so finally got around to try ya setup hawks (sprints) first lap 49.042 second lap a 48.740 I like it its a bit taily but I like that ran around on the controls and did 10 lap stints was doing 50.1s-3s with a coupla high 49s in there & ill tell ya fark all tyre wear like 89% on front & 97% on rears lol I found chucking a coupla more clicks on D/F made the rear end more stable

I need to really start messing with rf2 because watching smokey drive, my car was not turning like that at all. I was fighting the wheel on every turn. Hawks' setup is better but I still have to fight the wheel, although not as much, to get the damn thing to turn. I will look at my logitech profiler and ingame settings to see what I can adjust.

rF2 is like iRacing... set your wheel for 900 degrees and let the sim control the actual rotation.

I run my wheel (in wheel settings) at 360 when im fully turned in vid that's pretty well maximum lock on wheel. in game I set it at 540 for the V8s as im pretty sure from memory that's what they had as the turn in last build. I was using default setup except 3.7 final drive & fuel for that race I had to turn in early for corners that's why I was hitting curbs alot as they understeer like a pig on default setup. but definitely use Hawks setup as they turn so much better with it that's all I needed for the race as on default they really munch they tyres lol

Actually... I wasn't thinking when I typed my reply above. rF2 is *supposed* to work with a 900 degree rotation... the V8 mod has some quirk where it does not work right. I think I was at 360 or 400 on the wheel for this race.
