When I install the Lite version, no matter what drive I use the mod config defaults to the original game and package folder. If I change it, it changes for all installs.
Any ideas?

Same boat. I ended up just throwing everything in one of my first 2 installs. I'm going to do a full wipe here in the near future. I should probably try to get to it prior to next Wednesday.

rF2 stores directory location data in the registry in two keys that apply to all instances of the executable so, every rF2 install you have reads/writes the same registry keys. The only solution is to check/change the paths each time you launch the Mod Manager. It's a known issue among those that need to have a few builds installed (ahem).
I'd strongly recommend you drink the Kool-Aid and work with one install. Other than a single mod that overflowed a comments field about 200 builds ago I've not heard of compatibility issues. The days of separate Lite installs are gone and I refuse to go back to that.

I've been caught out with this a number of times...We have multiple installs on the server(testing different plugins etc) and I'm always installing mods and components to wrong installs. Watch out you don't have the HRT cars disappear when u make the vmod.....weird glitch there also....

I noted that and meant to PM you. When I created the VMOD for the current server setup there were deselected cars and I had to manually select all.

Not sure what is happening there. What happens for me is everything is showing in the mod creation but they are not all highlighted...If I don't highlight them the HRT cars are missing.

Well... Damn it to hell. I just hate how all the cars show up mixed up in the list. Was hoping to keep them together with out an rfmod file.
