Thanks! I would certainly look into Euro deliveries for the more upscale vehicles (Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW) as they seem to make it a worthwhile experience. I've been watching tons of vids on the deliveries and I'm pretty stoked for it. I went for a 10 day trip to California at the end of June and drove some amazing roads in my 323 and that trip sold me on the BMW brand 100%. My car is the base of the 3 series and it doesn't have a ton of hp or torque but the car was absolutely amazing. Great suspension and handling, sips fuel when you are easy and just cruising and it has good jam when you put your foot into it. BMW as a brand has treated me well overall (with the one exception) and I like the way the BMW HQ keeps a tight reign on the dealerships. Service work is done when its required, there is no up-selling BS and the warranty coverage is excellent. I've purchased an extended warranty as BMW contacted me when my base warranty came up for expiry (based on mileage as I've been driving it A LOT!). The pricing for service work that is not covered is set by BMW and its not nearly as expensive as I was lead to believe. Keep in mind I purchased a used BMW from a non-BMW dealer so I fully expected BMW to tell me to go pound salt but that hasn't been the case at all. Sorry I'm gushing I know but I have a serious crush on my car and the brand.
